Temecula, CA – Reno Contracting, Truax Development and the City of Temecula welcomed the newest building to the heart of Old Town April 29th with the completion of the Truax Building. “It’s a great day for Temecula!” remarked City Manager Aaron Adams. “This is the culmination of economic development success and what we envision as an example of the development of downtown.” Bernie Truax, owner and developer of the project is thrilled to see the Truax building come to life.
Walter R. Allen Architect & Associates and Reno Contracting worked diligently to create a “turn of the century” classic building. The exterior skin design is comprised of energy efficient operable windows, while the interior incorporates walnut and dark bronze finishes complementing the classic Old Town ambiance. The custom wood wall panels and fluted columns charm the interior with it classic façade. The building is the only 4-story mixed-use building located in the heart of Old Town Temecula and will house office space, a restaurant and retail on the first floor.
