Reno Contracting is excited to announce the promotion of Eric Scheidlinger to Director of Project Development and Energy Services. In his time with Reno, Eric has operated in every business unit of the company. He began by working in the field on large campus projects like the 4-story steel-framed Santa Fe Summit and the 2- and 3-story steel and concrete tilt-up for Bio-Site (now Alere). He then moved into the office as a project manager and to run complex estimates in the preconstruction department. Eric also had a big hand in helping create Reno’s Energy Services Division.
Eric will continue his duties overseeing the daily operations of the Energy Services Divisions, but will now focus more of his efforts to business development across all market sectors of Reno’s business. As the Director of Project Development Eric’s duties include:
- Cultivating new customer relationships while strengthening existing ones
- Expanding Reno’s market share of existing business sectors
- Developing new markets for Reno
- Assisting the Preconstruction Department in securing new opportunities
“We are fortunate to have Eric with us, his ability to define his career path early on allowed us to provide the opportunity. He is a natural, at ease in most all situations, smart, experienced and hard working. He is setting the example and raising the bar for our next generation of leaders.” Walt Fegley, President & COO.
A new Dad to “Little Lucy”, Eric lives in San Diego with wife Amanda and enjoys family trips to the zoo, surfing, golf and cheering for the Chargers.
